to utilize the most economical, efficient, and quality-conscious
shipment of wine to our customers. We ship wine on Monday through
Thursday. If you place your order on Thursday you must select
next day delivery to insure wine delivery before the weekend.
Charles Creek Vineyard is compliant with state laws, and
currently direct ships wine to consumers 21 years or older in the
United States to the following states: Alaska, California,
Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois,
Iowa, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas,
Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin. However, as the laws in
the remaining states are constantly changing, please call the

Here are some suggestions for streamlining delivery of your
purchase:
- We strongly recommend delivery of wine shipments to business,
rather than home, addresses.
- During the summer months, we may delay shipments to avoid
in-transit temperature extremes.
- Expect wine shipments to arrive 1-3 days after date of order
within California; allow 3-5 days for out-of-state deliveries.

Charles Creek Vineyard sells and ships wine only to persons 21
years of age or older. To place an order you must provide your
date of birth, as well as certify that you are 21 years or older.
By placing this order with Charles Creek Vineyard you certify
under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient of this
shipment are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered,
the recipient will be required to show identification proving
that he or she is at least 21 years old. No delivery will occur
without a signature. The willful misrepresentation of your age or
the age of the recipient is a crime in most states, and if you
willfully misrepresent your age or the age of the recipient, we
will cooperate with authorities to prosecute you to the fullest
extent of the law.
Charles Creek Vineyard Rewards Volume Orders!
Charles Creek Vineyard believes we should reward our customers
who buy more wine. That's why our shipping rates reflect this
philosophy. Three bottles will ride for the same cost as shipping
a single bottle; the cost of sending six bottles is no more than
the cost for shipping four or five bottles and there is a single,
more economical full case cost to ship any number from seven to a
full case of twelve (plus, at 12 bottles you will also receive
the case discount on the wines!) Additionally, any orders above
two full cases (24 bottles), well, the third case will simply
ride for free!
